Ironically, the best way to prevent massively oily skin is to use more moisturizer and a gentle face soap. If you use a soap that dries out your skin, your skin has to work extra hard to produce enough moisture/oil for the skin. The end result is too much oil.
I had oily skin and highly recommend:
Purpose liquid cleanser - found in grocery stores or drug stores. As gentle as water and doesn't over dry.
Dermalogica (http://www.dermalogica.com/default2.asp?region=?&location=?)
Multi-active toner and then Active Moist moisturizer.
Dermalogica is a little pricey but it lasts for a long time. I don't like their face soaps though. But use the Purpose cleanser (not the bar type), the toner and then the moisturizer and you will notice a difference that day.
As far as your hair, wash with the Pantene shampoo for normal to oily hair every day. Do not use conditioner on your scalp it will make things worse. If you really need to use conditioner, just condition the ends. You can also use just a touch of baby powder in your hair, like towards the end of the day, on your roots only and then brush it out. It will keep your hair looking oil-free.

Are you spending more time in the sun - or are you more conscious of this so re touching/playing with your hair and skin?? This can definitely make both more greasy. You still need to moisturise and condition (I know it seems pointless cos it gets so greasy) but your body will go into overdrive trying to compensate for having all the natural oils stripped and hence will be more oily again.
If you have stopped replacing the moisture removed by cleansing start again and it will take a couple of days for your body to sort itself out again.

BABY POWDER! Seriously, you can put it on your skin and hair and it sops up the greasiness and makes your skin feel really smooth. I've had that same problem!

Insted of washing your hair every day, try washing it every other day and use water with some lime juice. Also if you reduce your milk intake it might help, use mild summer shampoo's....try keeping the hair up, in a plet or something..not loose
