ATM flats are the rage, but heels are really figure flattering and chances are they look better. All depending on what ur doing and where ur going, I'd stick with heels unless ur gonna walk lots or if ur wearing a complete out the magazine fashion outfit...

if you wanna stay safe - flats

I love to pair flats with a cute skirt for a fun look, but I think that heels with a pair of jeans is a great evening look.

Both are really fashionable But they are both in different seasons
Like heels are usally in the summer. And flats are usally in the winter/fall.

Depends on the context.
Kitten heels make a girl's leg look longer and tighten her thighs and butt. It's more fashionable in a party setting, and with formal dressing.
Flats are popluar for beaches or casual settings, and most importantly, they're comfortable.
It depends on what you prefer, comfort, or sexiness. I'd take comfort.

heels r sooooooooo old i cant even walk in heels besides if u went to skool and walked in almost everyone would be wearing flats besides there alot more comfy

I think both look nice, depending on what you wear. some tall women look great when they wear jeans with flats and not so tall women look great when they wear boots with heels.
