What's the fluffiest comforter you can buy?

I want to get another comforter because the down filled one I have now isn't that fluffy when I cover it with my duvet cover. Would I need to buy a higher fill count? I have no idea....

A higher fill count would probably work, I love my down comforter I wouldn't want anything else!!
