Molecule is the way that the molecule appear in nature
in nature you can never see an Oxigen as Single " O "
you will see it as Molecule 'O2' or 'O3'
the O is the Atom but in nature it will be always as molecule
how ever , Feranum 'Fe' is an atom but its also the molecular form 'cause in nature there is indeed 'Fe' as it is :)

atoms are the building blocks of life. Molecules make up atoms. For example a water molecule consists of H2O, the 2 being in subscript. H being a hydrogen atom and O being an Oxygen atom

An atom is a collection of matter consisting of a positively charged core (the atomic nucleus) which contains protons and neutrons, and which maintains a number of electrons to balance the positive charge in the nucleus.
A molecule is the smallest indivisible portion of a pure compound or element that retains a set of unique chemical properties.
Means that they are not alike at all...... Good luck

Both atoms and molecules are made up of smaller parts and are bonded together by electromagnetism. In the case of atoms some of the smaller, or subatomic parts are protons, electrons & neutrons. Molecules are made of a combination of different types of atoms which results in different substances. For example, water is 2 atoms of hydrogen bonded to 1 atom of oxygen or H2O.

molecules are a few atoms together, some gasses can only be found in nature as molecules.
for example, hydrogen can't be found as an individual Atom in the air, it can only be found as H2 (2 atoms of hydrogen together)
same goes for O2 and N2 .
one molecule of water is H2O (2 atoms of hydrogen and one atom of Oxygen)

They all have the same basic structure. Some of the elements we think of as atoms are really molecules. H2, O2, etc.

Well, molecules are made up of atoms, so they are both exceedingly small and are comprised of the same basic consituents - protons, neutrons, electrons, and some other sub-atomic particles. Both can engage in chemical reactions.
