last night i burnt popcorn in the microwave , the whole house smell bad what can i use to take away the smell? i have had windows open still no good.

burn a few candles, and keep the windows open..also, put some lemon juice and water in a dish, and put in the microwave for about 2 minutes...

Put some baking soda in the microwave that will begin to absorb. Open the closest window. Take a small pan fill with water and add Cinnamon or vanilla that will override the smell and place it with something different

Clean the microwave good with soapy water or oven cleaner. put a small amount of baking soda in it for awhile.
Also lemon juice is good for removing it.Try putitng a box fan inoneof the windows to pull all of the air out of the house

Break into the spice rack and get out the sage. Put a pile of it on something that doesn't burn like and ashtray or several layers of foil on a plate. Light the top of the pile with a lighter and carry it around the house blowing very gently on the pile. Works for male roommates too.

try cooking something that has lots of garlic in it. or use febreeze i love the stuff
