i have a big yellow and black spider outside my window and i was wondering how to get rid of it and if it will come inside.

You have a common garden spider. The females spin the big orb style web. The much smaller male will usually be close by, but usually remains hidden. They will not bother you and are considered a good spider to have around. It will not come inside your house. Don't worry about this spider, as it probably won't bother you. It eats other insects that cause garden problems. It probably won't come inside. It lives outside.

There is a breed of wasp that eats lawn spiders it's better than your traditional wasp and is darkish brown in which a traditional wasp is black. It may be very significant and fairly competitive too, it's one unsightly so and so
