If u depict the Error Number it will be very easy to find the problem.

There are many factors for a modem having errors...
1. Modem can not be found due to modem is not installed in your computer..
2. Wrong settings on the modem.
3. Wrong driver being used to a modem.
4. You are trying o connect to the internet without a modem.
and so on..

it can mean a number of things.It could mean the modem is no good, u need 2 update its files r check the connections. that the least. bad drivers r dust in the unite.
