i exersise quite a bit, and i have noticed that i have developed athletes foot on my right foot...i am wondering how to get rid of it, it seems to be spreading on the foot, in patches...its disgusting, pls help!

Welll, this is the thing: IF you exercise alot and have only one pair of shoes(that you wear to and from the gym, perhaps?) then you will always have these issues...athlete's foot is everywhere and once you get the spores in your shoes, guess what? That one pair of shoes NEVER dries out and all those little critters keep multiplying and waiting for your feet to come on in...

You need TWO pairs of shoes (at least) always wear Clean DRY socks which you remove after exercise and before putting on dry shoes...Oh the spray/cream lamisil stuff does work(As does the dollar store version) but you have to do all this other stuff too..keep up the good work.
