Try sunscreen. Something with an SPF (Sun Protection Factor) greater than 30.

Besides the obvious answer, sunscreen, you can also try wearing light clothing with long sleeves (like a white oxford shirt). This will reflect the sun. A hat to protect your head and face helps too. If you are a girl, you can purchase tinted moisturizer with SPF that can be used as a foundation...it isn't as greasy as other moisturizers and leaves your face feeling natural more so than caked-on makeup! If you are a guy, purchase a moisturizer with SPF in it for your face. Also, make sure you use a lipstick or chapstick (for guys) with SPF in it and apply it throughout the day. This will protect your lips from getting burned as well. Remember, when you apply sunscreen, do it at least 15-20 minutes before you go out in the sun and keep in mind that you will have to reapply every 2-3 hours...especially if it is hot!

Use sunscreen with the highest SPF (sun protection factor) that you can find. Also, buy some new suncreen with Avobenzone in it. This is a new ingredient that protects skin from UV light better then traditional products. I got some new sunscreen with this product at Target. Try Neutrogena or Coppertone.
Also, try to buy cosmetics with added SPF. Good luck!

everyday beofre you leave for school or wherever, put on sun screen that has atleast an SPF of 15 and that has no oil in it (even if its not really hot out) and reaply it every few hours. wear long sleeved shirts to keep your arms away from the sun and wear light colored clothing so the sun wont be extra-attracted to you. wear a hat/vinsor when your in the sun and avoid sun-bathing, tanning, and working outdoors in the summer.

Too much exposure to sun causes skin cancer and skin damage. Dermatologists advised to wear lotion contains sunscreen and sunblock protection. It helps delicate skin safer from hazardous and dangerous UV rays.
