Buy a snoogle. It's a body pillow that conforms to you. My wife used one, and it helped here a great deal. Good Luck.

Sorry to say it's too late,ur only options are to lay on ur right or left side.Get ur boyfriend or husband to give you massages constantly so you can feel a little I had to deal with the same thing and I went in labor a month and a day early be careful of ur surroundings and what you do.When sitting down put pillows or something real cushiony behind u you will be alright. And if ur eating caffeine including chocolate big problem.

It may just be where you baby is lying - or it could just be stretching and growing pains.
Early on in my pregnancy I had really bad pains on my left side and I was sure I had an eptopic pregnancy. It hurt every time I sneezed, laughed, coughed and sometimes if I moved a certain way. But its just your body changing.

If you're realy worried abotu it then go and see your midwife, but I'm sure she will say it's nothing to worry about. But if you can hardly sit or lye down it's worth booking an appointment as soon as possible to check things out.

Try a heating pad while sitting up. Take a warm bath but don't put the water over your belly. I had really bad back aches when I was pregnant nothing really helped but these are things that I tried.Good luck!!

Lying on your back is generally not advised during pregnancy, I have chronic back/pelvis pain, I am 28 weeks pregnant with my third.

The pain is worse than the previous two probably because my everything is that bit more stretched.

see your midwide if you are not sure, some pregnancy pains you just have to grin and bear I'm afraid.

Welcome to pregnacy! Sometimes the baby lies in a position that makes it difficult for us as mothers, but hey it gets no better when they are out!
Just for safety, if this continues for over a week but your still getting movement just chat with your midwife to check things are ok - my guess is the baby is getting bigger and it is not comfortable to carry a baby, just rest when you can.

sometime the baby lies on nerves etc. some women carry a lot of fluid which does not help. try hot baths and water bottles to ease this

When lying down, try lying on your side with a pillow between your knees.

It is early in your pregnancy to have these problems. Check with your doctor.

I had to sleep in a recliner the last two months of my pregnancy.

Take a warm (NOT HOT) bath and call your OBGYN. Anything you define as "killing me" during pregnancy should be checked out.
