There's actually no conclusive evidence that it does happen, the most famous paper about the phenomenon followed women for such a short period of time that they couldn't rule out the possibility of 'synchronisation' just occuring randomly - since everyone's cycles are different lengths they will at some point overlap for a period of time.
If the phenomenon does exist it's usually limited to women who live together or spend most of their time together, and it's been suggested that pheromones (molecules a bit like hormones except they affect other people, not the producer) are responsible for the change.

that is very authentic. i develop into deployed on a Naval vessel for 6 months and those whose cycles weren't being regulated through the pill instantly aligned with one yet another. that's some thing about hormones and the pull of the moon (which determines all issues evidently cyclical. My dotor also reported that the most useful female in the crew's (the Queen B i guess) hormones also dictates the position the cycles finally end up. don't understand how authentic that very last section is even with the actuality that.

As a bloke how works mainly with women, that cycle once a month is a nightmare...but at least it is over and done with. At least i get a few weeks peace in between.

its an animal thing, left over by evolution
All creatures have a pecking order the female that comes into season first will be at the top of the pecking order, because she will be the first to mate within that season, its a similar thing to humans, the pecking order is decided by our own subconscious and the stronger woman will be the first to get a period
