Try hot water bottles and baths with a baby friendly bath oil!!!
Maybe some lavender on your pillow to help you fall to sleep more easily!

I am 15 wks and sometimes im not very comfy either....dont lay on your back....it makes it worse...lay on your sides....if your abdomen hurt real bad it means you need more exercise...my doc. recommended walking once a day for about thirty mins...makes me feel better....its worth a shot right?

It's probably nothing but i'd recommend calling your midwife. that's what she's there for! She should be able to advise you and put your mind at rest.
