Who do you think? Mairo beat DK a long time ago and Bowser, he has two left feet and could never keep up with Mario. My absolute answer would be Mario. He's beaten those other guys a lot of times!

Mario would win. To the person who said Bowser only has one life.... don't you remember having to kill him again at the end of each level 1-8 2-8 3-8 4-8 5-8 6-8 7-8 8-8 Looks to me like he has more than one life too. And Mario always kicks his a**. And Mario started up his gaming career by whoopin the crap outa DK, so Mario wins. Anybody who says different will have to answer to Shiguru.

Bowser would definitely win.
DK is big and strong and would crush Mario, but hes not strong enough to smash through the shell of a giant, Spiky, fire breathing turtle.
Mario, hes got nothing, and if he could beat bowser, then why does mario have more than one life on the video games, but bowser doesn't?
Bowser takes the cake!
