Problem with my laptop, please help?

I bought my laptop two weeks ago and I got window system error and it said that "There is a duplicate name on the network". How do I get rid of that, so that it stops from showing up. It's a Toshiba Satellite laptop.

Right click on My Computer -> Left click on Properties -> Click on Computer Name tab and then the Change button.

Call it anything you like as long as it's different!

call your local computer store and see if they can fix the problem

take it back and get a new one
