my hair and skin is like yours also, and i love to do a semi-dramatic eye with my makeup, make sure you use brushes, not your finger! i usually use a kinda cream colored eyeshadow all over, then a golden color from the eyelashes to a little bit above the crease, then a darker brown towards the outside edges of my eye, blending it in in the middle. use a brown eye-liner and lots of mascara i believe that the eyes are the most important part when it comes to doing makeup, everything else will just fall into place!
i love doing makeup, and my friends always have me do their makeup before going out.

I would use a fair to medium foundation then. Just try to match it to your skin the best you can. You dont want your face darker than your neck. A little light is better than a little dark.

I would stick with earth tone colors (browns, greens, yellow, golds, orange....etc), but you may want to experiment with others on nights that you dont have to go anywhere. Purples and pinks might work well also. I hope this helped a little...

natural colors like beige, cocoa, and dark creme look good on you skin color and if you want to make your eyes stand out, wear a sheer(not bright!!) pink. it will look very nice. and pale&sheer green would also look good. you could try wet n' wild they have lots of combo eyeshadows in one pack. FYI the october Seventeen magazine has a section about making your color of eyes pop against your skin tone, it was helpfull. also- try to experiment with the colors you use and blend and mix until you find something origal that looks good on you. good luck~

to make your eyes pop more use contrasting colors on eyes..like forest green eyeliner..black mascara works better than brown to enhance lashes...use a creamy blush on the apples of your cheeks in a pinky hue...and a nice lively lipstick color in the cool tones.
