Should I take another test or wait to see if I start or is this normal for early pregnancy?

Sounds normal as long as it doesn't continue for more than one day. It should also be light. If it is heavy or continues for more than a day you should see a doctor immediatly.

More than likly it is just implantation bleeding, or just normal spotting when you would normally have your period, which is normal for the first time.

What's happening to you is normal if you are indeed pregnant. However I wouldn't rely on a home pregnancy test alone. It would be to your benefit to go and have your doctor or clinic do a test for you also. Once in a great while the home pregnancy tests can be wrong.

The spotting that you should be concerned about when you are pregnant will be bright colored. Red and sometimes pink. If you see either of these, contact your doctor immediately!! The dark stuff is "old" blood and usually okay.

Go to your doctor asap. I'm currently pregnant with my 3rd and began having brown discharge around the time my period was supposed to start. Come to find out my Progesterone levels were WELL below the normal levels,w hich is a sign of miscarriage. My doctor prescribed some pills for me to take up until my 13th week (at 13 weeks the body naturally produces it) and I'm now 32 weeks along and doing great.

Call ASAP and don't chance it.

sounds like implantation bleeding.
are you cramping heavily?
sounds pretty normal. i'm 7 weeks and i still have a thin, very light pink discharge on the tissue occasionally when i potty and wipe.
dr said if it's not heavy (soaking a pad per hour) and accompanied with heavy cramping, it's fine. you dont have to take another test. you're very pregnant.
i understand ur concern tho cuz i'm still scared almost daily! try not to stress and if you get too concerned, just give them a call. explain ur situation and they'll suggest what you should do but i think ur fine. really.

Some SLIGHT discharge is normal in early pregnancy, however if you start to see blood ( bright red ) you need to get the the hospital ASAP.I hope you have started going to the OBGYN to get started on pre-natal vitimens also.

It is perfectly normal to spot when you are pregnant. Get worried if it turns bright red and gets heavy. But you are perfectly fine. As for the positive test...it is very rare to get a false positive. You are pregnant and i wouldnt waste my money on another test because it will give you a positive result. Congrats!!

REMEMBER THAT YOU CAN STILL GET YOUR PERIOD DURING PREG. I GOT MY PERIOD UNTIL I WAS 4 MONTHS. IF YOU AREN'T SURE THEN A DOCTORS VISIT WOULD BE MUCH BETTER THAN THE ANSWERS ON THIS JUST TO MAKE SURE AND START YOURSELF ON SOME PRENATAL VITAMINS FOR THAT BEAUTIFUL PRECIOUS GIFT IN YOUR BELLY. GOOD LUCK SWEETIE
