Go to the pet store and buy crickets and mealworms for them.
Some huge frogs eat mice. They can be purchased at the pet store too.

Most people I know that have pet frogs or many pets for that matter either order the food online (we do not have a pet store here that sells what they need) or they go to the pet store.

seems like I used to observe frogs in the wild catching flies. All you need to do is figure out how to catch them alive. I'd say right off, a fly-swatter is o u t.... Try crickets, roaches or those creepy crawly things that show up at night to look for crumbs. Be careful though not to have used any bug sprays for a while. You don't want to poison your guy..

you need to find out what kind of frog you have and then find out what it eats. then you should buy the food from a pet store b/c unless you caught your pet frog in your backyard, it's probably from somewhere else int he world and you won't be able to catch its food in your backyard.
if you did get the frog out of your backyard, find out what it eats and then you can catch its food...but good luck keeping up w/ that.
