Yes, I have and it was determined they were storing the salad dressing improperly.
Anytime anyone gets ill after eating at a food establishment they should report it to their local health department. Most often, the illness has nothing to do when the restaurant and nothing will happen, but should several people get sick, the source needs to be identified and the problem corrected.

yes i went to a local car hop place and ordered a chicken fried steak and got so sick a bout an hour and a half later i called the health department and they went to it the next day and found the freezer had gone out and instead of foixing it they offered a special on what was going bad in the freezer

I've felt queasy the next day after eating at different restaurants, but never had to hospitalized for it. So I never made a snit about it.
My husband reported Pizza Hut in Sacramento and they paid for his medical expenses.

Yes, to the health dept. My hubby and I were seriously ill with food poisoning from our local Outback Steakhouse. It was horrible.

Yes , The Beef Eater in Thurrock......I was in Hospital for 3 days with Salmonella after eating his food , ( He now has a limp ) ..... he must have fell over my claw hammer ...4 times.! )..and he got fined £5,000 by the local Council .....

particular, I easily have. We would desire to be careful in regards to the ingredients we eat. I easily have considered maximum of television exhibits the place the chefs are actually not very clean. we haven't any concept what they're putting in our ingredients. I have been given ill at a take out eating place. After observing food i observed a roach in my fried rice. of direction, you understand that I easily have in no way eaten at that place lower back. They have been closed down.

no food poison is not only cased by food! your body may react differently to certain foods. only if your hospitalized and diagnosed with food poisoning and they no the sorce can you say it food poisoning
