C`mon... Design an experiment questions are easy to BS... Just break it down into parts and identify the variables... I'm not going to write the whole thing out, but take an enzyme whose function you can measure quantitatively (amount of product etc...the dependent variable), and subject it to different temps/pH (independent variable). Make sure you have one setup as a control (what the enzyme acts on... I think that's the substrate?? without the enzyme present).
