Personally, I feel the first one. The background isn't as busy. The background on the second one just made my eyes hurt. The content part of both is fine.

Actually the second one is better. Music isn't sad, its fresh, and doesn't have those red fonts that kill your eyes. So manage to transfer all your friends to the second one.
