The name Isis is pronouced ices...it means supreme goddess...we think it is unique..

i love that name especially because its mine name lol my name is Isis and i dont think its true about other wrote that weird names dont get the same opportunities but its not true all my live i think i got more opportunnities/ attention because of it, i love it and i thank my mom for giving me that unique name.
ABout jade I love it too, i was thinking of naming my daughther that but I had a beautiful son.

My take on unique names is sometimes shocking or unpleasant and smile politely. But Isis is very pretty sounding and jade is quite popular. Some of these unique names are more common than you think. My niece is Piper. I did not care for it. But I have heard of other Pipers since. It isn't popular but it is common.
I am not just being polite Isis Jade is a beautiful name. People seem to be looking for the unique nothing like it names. I feel that is wonderful I would never have wanted to be a Jenny growing up.

Given time, Isis Jade will be Isis Jade and you couldnt imagine any other name for her. Personally I think its the type of name that would make someone say,
"wow, your name is as beautiful as you are"

Isis was an egyptian goddess which was married to osiris(he was also her brother)

Well I think it's a good name. In fact since I was 17, I have known that my daughters name will be Aspen Isis. You think its unique, huhuhu....You all don't like it. But well its not your kid. So unique or not get used to it.

I like Jade. But with the Isis part, usually people with wierd names like that have trouble getting good professional jobs.

It is the name of an Egyptian goddess. She was a very smart human that tricked the Sun god "Ra" into making her a goddess. I think it is a great name.

Its unusual, but very pretty. It seems like when your pregnant everyone wants to name the baby. At least she won't have anyone in her class with the same name.
