You should back straight out of the situation and let him take care of his own issues. Your presence in his life is only complicating things. Not to mention, if he is hooking up with you behind her back and telling you he doesn't really love her, he will probably do the same to you. He's being deceitful, and so are you. Respect yourself and back out with dignity. If you are meant to be together, the right time will come but it's not right now! To pursue it now is totally uncool and thoughtless and disrespectful all the way around.

If he cheats on her, then he would cheat on you. if he was not in love with her anymore he should have broken it off. There are lots of couples with children who are not "together". He is not a faithful guy and that is something that every girl deserves.
