The way you have it written, you wouldn't capitalize it. However, I think it makes more sense to write "Sincerely yours." If you did that, then sincerely would be capitalized.

If I write Sincerely, then I capitolize it. If I write, Yours truly, I only capitolize the yours. I have never heard of Yours Sincerely

Yours sincerely is perfect.......however you can use this one too : Sincerely yours.
