I know him for a long time...once he asked me to be his gf...but I just laught and jocked...instead that time I liked him so much:(
now he dont tell anything:( but I know that he still love...we both like each other...I am going crazy :( what can I do?

It could be possible that he felt hurt when you laughed at him when he told you to be his girlfriend, and possibly that is why he is not telling you anoything anymore. But before you go on and tell him about your feelings, try to really sit with yourself and think if you do like this man or not.
If you feel that you want to be with him and that there might be a future for you both then talk to him and explain the way you feel, but you should be ready to any kind of expression.
Some people might use some other ways in your case, instead of talking, like expression so much attention and affection, and show the person that you are willing to be there for him no matter what, things between you guys must get fixed before you go on and be gf/bf, but most of all you should be honest with yourself, and know exactly what you want so you won't hurt your feelings or his.

If I was you...I'd tell him I like him...you already know his feelings towards you...so what do you have to lose huh? If you're too shy to say it, write it down on a nice card or something!!

you both like eachother but he doesnt know it than all you have to do is tell him i mean if he asked you out before than it is pretty obvis he likes you and you like him so just tell him and it should all work out
