We have had complaints about her and have been supporting her for some time. (carrying two bags of teeth is rather tiring on ones wings). In our profession, sacking is rather complex and involves warnings and options for retraining. Any ideas?

This tooth fairy obvoiusly isn't like you as i bet you pull your weight and work the hardest you look honest and you are obvioulsy caring enough as you don't want to hurt the other tooth fairies feelings. Let her down gently or hint at her that she needs to work harder offer her a helping hand and i bet she'll repay you the favour in the future .

To tell you the truth, one tooth fairy dropped one of my first fangs! I had left them under the blanket to be picked up and in the morning I found half of it broken under my bed. I bet that was her! My friends are still laughing about this story now. How humiliating is that? (In our circle we pride ourselves with who has the strongest teeth. I will NEVER be able to shake off that image...)

Maybe you could make/buy some spare wings. How old is this fairy? Maybe she could into retirement or maybe "broken wing" sick leave.

don't sack her just remove her from this department and make her somebody else's problem or if that's not possible just hire a hit man and he will make her disappear.
