Best bet is to go prepaid wireless.

My personal favorite for when I was using prepaid wireless was Virgin Mobile. They had several affordable plans and the service area was great.

Avoid Tracphone. They screw people over on how much they charge for their 'units' of time. Plus Walmart pushes it hardcore. Can't get too much more white trash than that.

I don't know. Try your wireless carrier's website, and email the company.
