http://www.piczo.com

The best around - and free

I made a website on it, it took around 5 mins to set up, and looks really professional, it even helps with aspects of html for new users. Just drag and drop images etc to create your website.

Other features are:
↓ Chat rooms
↓ Free online help
↓ Free animations, sounds and graphics
↓ Uploads to myspace and bebo videos and backgrounds
↓Piczo pro's (help section)
↓Shout box

The list is endless

easiest is geocities.com (owned by Yahoo).
u can also try: pages.google.com, but geocities has more features.

U can just follow the directions and create a basic page easily within minutes and also upload to the web.

Freewebs is ridiculously easy and you can have interactive forms and loads of extras like a chatroom. Only thing is the templates are pretty dire!

Try www.tripod.com- you get 20megabytes of space and i think it's unlimited bandwidth.

Your address will be http://abcdefg.tripod.com

alternatively there is www.tripod.co.uk- you get more webspace- i think it's 50megs, but the address is harder to remember- something like- http://members.lycos.co.uk/abcdefg
