Madhura comes from Madhur which means sweet. A lovely name for a girl. The one who is sweet.
Rutwik not sure, though its a boys name.

Rutwik - it should be Ritwik - means "God of Love"

madhura means an extract from flower which like honey it is sweet ,rutwik or ritwik, earlier days there are sages who used to perform different yaghna for different perposes, they are called by that specific name,Ritwik is the one who conducted havas for longevity or the otherwise ,, check it again .
