Well assuming the story Ebeneser Scrooge was written about England Christmas I think it could very well snow there at Christmas.

these days wea re lucky to get snow in Canada at Christmastime, so I wish you luck. But they do say the Gulf Stream is cooling down and that over the next fifty years or so, Western Europe can look forward to increasingly harsh winters, more like those of south eastern Canada than say Tennessee or Virginia. Best of luck... get some good snowshoes,eh!

there's a possibility, global warming has caused england to be a lot warmer and the average rainfall level has reduced dramatically over the last couple of years but if it's cold and rainy in mid november and lots of frost towards the end of november then there is a very good chance

You did't say whether you would like it to or not? A pity as I happen to have a spare wish and could have made your Christmas just peachy perfect.
