Yes. No-one can kill it. It is protected. They are sometimes animals that they have rehabilitated and are well enough to live in the wild. They have been spotted over many years. You pitch in to help the association in which you adopt the animal. Cool, huh?

No. I like cats. I have two cats. I don't really want a pet seal or sea lion or walrus.
