We need to know how big Bill Gates' fortune is to be able to answer this question. Once we do, we can answer as follows:

$=size of fortune.

$/100=# of bills necessary, call this #.

#*.0043=number of inches high that the fortune is.

Since you want miles, 12*5280 will give you the number of inches in a mile. So the answer is #*.0043/(12*5280).

For pounds, it's a similar process, only you need #*.0043/12 for the total number of pounds, then divide by 6000 to determine how many SUVs you'd need.

According to Forbes magazine in 2006 Bill Gates has $53 billion dollars. This would be 530 million $100 bills.
530000000 X .0043 = 2279000 inches
= 189917 feet
=36.97 miles

2279000 troy ounces = 189917 pounds
= 31.6 SUV's
(I'm not sure that SUV's are weighed in troy pounds.)

Total height, if notes are stacked on top of one another = thickness of note * Bill Gates fortune = 0.0043 * 53,000,000,000 = 227,900,000 inches / 63360 = 3596.91 miles

Now the calculation for weight = 0.0043 * 53,000,000,000 = 227,900,000 tory ounces /12
= 18991666.67 pounds
Number of SUVs = 18991666.67 / 6000 (weight of 1 SUV) = 3165.23 SUV

(This calculation is done assuming Bill Gates is worth 53 billion)
