who has a russian tortoise here how old r they and whats there name? what do you feed it? do you have a tank or do you live it out side

Hi i have 1 tortoise. Its 8 inches long and its name is squirt. Since tortuises and turtles neeed 10 gallons per inch of turtle i have a 5by5 setup. Feed it 25%proiten, 25% pellets, 50%vegies.
And remember they need water to eat.
