I wouldn't count on being re-employed by the same company! But I took my employer to a tribunal, I won, and I had no problem finding a job after that. The process is confidential for the most part and especially if you win, it shows that you had a good case and you weren't a problem employee.

There should be no issue of being rehired. The tribunal is a process which fairly takes into consideration all the facts and data around your case. If you won even better! Any company should they find out, which is not likely, should realize that you stand up for your dignity respect and hold yourself to high standard. This reflects positively upon you and a "GOOD" company should hire you. If a company does hold it against you I would recommend that you think twice before working for a company like that.

If the tribunal stipulate that you should be re employed, the employer has no option. If you mean an alternative employer, the tribunal is confidential and prospective employers cannot be told about it.

If you are talking your employers to a tribunal for unair dismissal sometimes the ordered remedy is for them to re-employ you if you win though in most cases it is not ideal.
There is no reason why any other employer would ever have to know about the proceedings.

Slim to zero, unless the company gets a new boss that hates the old boss and loves you because you won the tribunal.

legally this should not be held against you. HOwever in practice some employers ignore this. I suppose it depends on what you took your employers to a tribunal for and how scared preospective new employers are that you will do it to them.

Oh Ilove it...why would you want to work for them? Do you mean in a different dept?? If so then why not and if they wont take you back, just take them to court again...easy way out eh?
I hope it was a tribunal for something worth while?!?!
