Not at the chemist's but at the grocery store. To gain weight, you have to increase your calorie intake:

1. Eat dried fruit, which is concentrated carbohydrates.
2. Drink a glass of real fruit juice with each meal -- it is loaded with carbohydrates and calories.
3. Eat lots of pasta.
4. Eat lots of peanut butter or peanuts (if you are not allergic).

Also get lots of good sleep.

Wow, there are many who would love to have this problem but I suspect you've heard that before.

I wouldn't trust anything at the chemist as it would be unnatural and could have side effects that could damage you in the long run.

The only way to gain weight is to eat more calories than you burn. But it's better to make healthy choices so you don't make yourself sick in the process.

Meat might help. Try eating meats that are high in calories but cooked healthy (like grilled, broiled, steamed).

Condiments can be high in calories but not always good for you as the calories usually come from sugar or fats.

Some nuts are high in fats and still good for you. Do a bit of simple research by comparing the labels at the supermarket.

Bread (especially slathered with butter) can help you pack on the pounds. But butter can also be high in cholesterol, which can lead to other problems.

Of course, there is always dessert, my favorite part of any meal and usually the most calorie-laden.

Personally, I've managed to put on the pounds over the years by eating dinner at the latest hour possible and snacking throughout the night when I'm up late. Oh, and eating the leftovers from my children's plates too. LOL

DO NOT start taking drugs to gain weight!!!

The problem you have is that you are not able to absorb what you eat. You need to adopt a PRO-BIOTIC approach. It does work, and it is a real science, I work the scientists at the head of this field.

Please don't get caught out by our drug-obsessed society.

Good luck, and take care.

Hi...Yes there is...it's called 'Bulk Food'.

Lots of people use it, especially weightlifters...but if you just want weight and do a little toning up then it's ideal.
