You get friends and family around your who are your support system.

You keep busy doing whatever you're allowed to do.

You see a therapist to help with the depression.

You keep a daily journal......good luck.

Bless your heart. I had a friend with a yeast overgrowth that finally came out of her ears and onto the soles of her feet and palms before anyone figured it out....she is no longer a singer with a five octave range...

Did anyone happen to tell you that carbohydrates fuel yeast because yeast is fed by the sugar in your body and that is what your body processes when it gets carbs ?Putting yourself onto a low carb eating agenda for X amount of time can only hasten your healing...good luck..

BTW: I trust you heard the phrase "systemic candida" at some point in your diagnosis?

It sounds like you need to pamper yourself at this stage.

If you can afford it, get a nurturing massage or Reiki treatment. I don't know what city you're in, but some places offer free massage or Reiki. See if you can locate practitioners in your area who do.

Also, try meditation and/or gentle yoga. Both can really help you gain a sense of peace in your life.

Have you looked for a support group? Meeting people who are having the same issues can be an effective tool for dealing as well.

The link below will give you a starting point.

Good luck dear. :-)
