Republicans in Washington want to build a wall along the border with Mexico and deport more than 12 million hard-working immigrants. They are trying to win elections by attacking immigrant families.

Is this a underhanded attempt to beguile immigrants into supporting and raising money for the Democratic Party by causing misinformation to be spread about Repubs?
If the money the Dems collect is from illegal immigrants, not US citizens, isn't that illegal?

You know, being a Democrat is difficult these days. I believe in the democratic ideals of the Constitution, but it is painfully obvious to me that the founding fathers could not have foreseen this..., a RELIGIOUS attack on our secularist POLITICAL system.

This is a new chapter in our Constitution that is being written as we go along, and will allow us to legally go "Back to the future" and engage in (Once again!) an old, medieval RELIGIOUS war with Islamic psycho fascists!

The "Fence" is nothing to worry about. I understand and agree it will not stem the tide of people who want to work for even subsistent wages, it is still better than their oppressive and depressed political system that rewards only their corrupt.

But what the fence does is make it harder for THEM to do their illegal activities! Pick your topic: (1) Illegal immigrant workers, (2) Dope and drug smugglers, (3) TERRORISTS..., all three of these types of criminals will have to work HARDER to: (1) break our laws, (2) enslave the weak-minded US citizens with their illicit drugs, or (3) KILL US..., WITH WHATEVER MEANS POSSIBLE!

I BEG the Democrats not to slit their own throats by fighting for open borders! The fence in Israel has kept homicide bombers from killing Israeli's. Anti-Semites the world over fought Israel since the inception over their fence!

The USA fence will make it harder for THEM, (Illegal immigrants, Drug smugglers, TERRORISTS) to get into this country, while making it EASIER for USA border agents to "Keep track" of what's going on along that fence, that's all.

Remember, all I have seen in the last four years are my beloved Democrats fighting Republicans e-v-e-r-y step of the way over being Republican! While the Republicans have been fighting TERRORISM!

We haven't been attacked since 9/11 because Bush has pledged he will do everything in his power to protect us from another attack, (and I can't believe I am writing this), but he has kept his word! We have not been attacked since 9/11, though we've foiled DOZENS of terrorist attempts, both big and small! My dear beloved moderate Clinton had many chances to kill OBL, after 5 attacks in 8 years, but it has become painfully obvious to me that Clinton abhorred the US military! He HATED his own military! After the indictment in 1998, he had the legal authority to kill OBL..., and nothing was done.

When the Islamic moderates "wake-up" to the cold, hard, facts that their own religious imams and clerics are solely responsible for the poor state of affairs in their own countries, and NOT the decadent West (USA, Britain, France, Germany, Australia, Canada, S. Korea, Taiwan, etc...), then and only then, (as Tom Friedman has written), can moderate Islamic clerics "be allowed" to re-write the Koran in a new, revised form, easily dealing with today's Modern Age, much like Judaism and Christianity have revised their religious "instruction manuals" to deal with the secularist age we live in today. Islam is still operating on their "Old Instructions Manual", directing Islamic devotion to be "spread by the sword." (It would be like Christians - living by the Old Testament) killing anyone who ate meat on Fridays, or killing anyone who wore cloth of two different fabrics that touched each other.

Get it?

Though with the Old Testament man could have had many wives, you have to take the good with the bad!

Correction-Immigrants legally obtain entry to a country by requesting to come here through INS. The people you are trying to defend broke the law by illegal entry and are not immigrants. They are illegal aliens. You are standing up for criminals who are draining our social security, welfare, hospital care, etc. They are driving cars with invalid licenses, no insurance. They are avoiding paying taxes and putting undue strains on school funds.
Yes, make that fence happen all along the Mexican border. Take the hundreds of thousands of illegals who are in prison here and ship them back to Mexico or wherever they came from.
WE DON'T NEED THEM HERE.

These people who run that website are members of the Democratic party, but it is not the official Democratic Party website... and thus it cannot be seen as cannon.

But no matter what, I think the idea of protesting the fence is horsecrap. Build the wall. Build it high, build it deep... and put some military people along it as sharp shooters. We need it.

Build the wall. We welcome immigrants, but only those that we invite. There is a huge difference between legal and illegal immigrants. It is the same difference between invited dinner guests and burglars.
