A good idea is to get some peppermint oil and put it in a foot soak. This will help stimulate tired feet!! You can also use a pummel stone or a rasp to rid of any dead skin you may have sounds grim but if you want baby soft toes. Also Liquid parrifin if you can get this then vasoline leave it on over night with a pair of old socks and your feet will feel lovely and soft in the morning. Just make sure you dont invite your boyfriend round!! Then just paint your toes and there you have it!

The best thing to get for your feet is a foot file. It is great to file off all the dead dry skin on the bottom or heel of your foot. Once you have smoothed it out with the file, then proceed to a moisturizing lotion and rub it into your feet, and lots of it. Wear socks for awhile to help keep in the moisture. Afterwards, then clip, file and paint your toe nails. If you can invest in one, a foot spa is a great thing to have. Soak your feet once a week and follow the routine afterwards that is listed above. Its a wonderful feeling when your feet are taken care of.
