the pre Socrates were interested in finding laws in nurture, and one thing about nature is that it constantly changes. that is reason you can't step into the same river twice. time is the measure of chane, and when time passes change accurs, that is always.

Time is Dynamic, EveryThing Changes with Time, Be it living or Non-Living.
It is often said that only one thing is constant that is "Change".
So Everything Changes, but with changing time.
