Retirement isn't the end of the road. You must keep yourself busy and occupied.
Now that you have free time on your hands do things you had always wanted to do - persue a hobby, do a course do just about anything don't sit idle.
You could take up social work - teach a poor student, go to some old people's home and give them your company.
Find some retired people in your locality and make friends with them. Together you all could do so much for the betterment of society. You have so much experience, share it with others, put it to good use.

The world has alot of offer, take the time to find things you enjoy. Life doesn't stop just because people retire. I know retirees that keep busy and say they wish there were more hours in the day.

Life becomes boring if you lack energy, and it becomes a paradise if you are full of energy. When you were a child, have you ever thought that how joyous were you even for the things like pebbles, sand, drawing, small activities? The real reason was that you were full of energy at that age and you lived life to the fullest? For further reference you can get your anwser from http://oshoworld.com
