I don't know of a food that cleans the blood. If you want to remove toxins from your body, however, wameki (a seaweed) is really useful. You only need to add a couple of ounces to a soup, stir-fry, salad, etc. I mix it in a salad in place of salad dressing (it's pretty salty) and find it very tasty!

Food cannot clean your blood. Blood is filtered by the kidneys. A better question would be "What is the healthiest diet for the kidneys?"

Milk-thistle is a good natural way of detoxifying the body and blood stream. Its is available in many forms but i like it as tea, it had a nice taste a bit like liquorice.

Unless you have a fatal immune illness blood cleans itself. It has white blood cells that travel in it and eat foreign intruders. It has the liver and kidneys to take out chemical impurities. I don't think it needs some wacko herb or organic stir-fry to do its cleaning for it.

Your body cleans your blood unless your kidneys don't work.
