The best cleaner is an enzymatic one, like Shout or one of the gel or stick cleansers. Leave it on for about 5 minutes or so, and then launder as directed. You can get these at most grocery stores or at Wal-Mart or Target; or even drug stores in the cleaning/laundry section.

My sister sprays hairspray on the stain and let's it sit for awhile - it's supposed to keep the stain from absorbing into the material. You'll want to wash it in warm water... if there's still a stain, treat it with detergent - as in - pour it on the stain, but don't rub it in or you'll only set the stain. You'll want to use warm water again. Hopefully, that'll do the trick for you.

hi maybe it sounds weird for you but it's proven because i'm using it with rust stain and it works. try soaking your clothes with a spoon of detergent soap dissolved in 2 cups of water and 1 cup of vinegar it will smell a bit funny but you leave it overnight (it won't affect even if it is colored clothes) after thus, scrub it gently and most importanly rinse it thoroughly to get rid of the funny smell.

rub some Tide on it and let it set for a few minutes. Oxy clean also and then wash it as usual. use warm water or hot if the garment can take hot water.
