Talk to your doctor. Don't risk taking advice from total strangers on the internet.

You are hungry for a reason...so eat healthy foods...especially vegies. They are great for the baby and have little calories. Make a big pot of vegie soup with a tomato base..put lots of different vegies in it that you like. Have this with a little bread (whole grain) and you will be doing a good thing for yourself and little one. It will fill you up and you can eat this for dinner and lunch for days. Don't forget to eat your proteins...beans added to the soup would be good and lean meats to snack on too.

Suppliment your appetite by pleasuring your husband. It's a meal without the calories! Plus, it ends with a cream surprise!

After you deliver but not before take fenugreek . It will make you burn calories thru enhanced lactation and sex drive .
