Sure...keep on moving...or make peace with it. I know this is going to sound weird, but if people would just stop running from the pain and turn and embrace it with a smile on their face, they'd be amazed at how much easier it is to deal with.

Life has a lot of pain in it...if people just run at the first sign of it, how will they ever learn from it and how can they really no what joy or happiness actually is?

I try to move on I think it's the best way of getting through and away from the hell.

Yes I do keep moving! At first I just go through the motions! Like the day to day stuff soon you see the light! That light can be anything you just have to be open to it!

It's not a matter of keeping on moving... time pushes you through whether you want to or not. Life doesn't stop for anybody.

You're right. Life goes on.
On the other hand, trials in this life, are not the real HELL.
The real Hell will be in the next life. This one does not even compare.

Been there, done that too. My wife has a bi-polar condition. We got through it and now with the medication she is on, everything is wonderful. Our marriage grows stronger everyday.
