Scrape it out. Save the resins to use later.

Use a lighter to burn off all residue.

Use a straightened paper clip to clean out the stem.

Get a pair of tweezers or hemostats to hold the screen. Burn it clean with a lighter.

Throw it in the trash and eat some cereal from your toilet bowl.

Is it wood, glass, metal? Usually a combination of isopropal (rubbing) alcohol used with q-tips (glass), pipecleaners (they aren't just for crafts) or a sharp knife (for wood). Clean it after a good session, then things'll move easier.

As for the rest of you - honestly, a piece of wire? Are you in the street checking ditches for supplies?

You could scrap it out if it is the kind that you can do that with. Otherwise you will have to soak it in alcohol for a couple days to get it all out.

get a butaine lighter/ torch and light your item till all clears up... you can use the burnt remains, though you do need to burn out all remains till its all clear!! no brushing or scraping you can damage surface or possibly break it!
