He was planning on leaving Courtney for his secretary/publicits(im not too sure) plus he had his daughter who he loved very much, to raise... not to mention the fact that he 'shot himself with a shotgun... while he was still wearing his shoes.... oh and how was a tiny little skinny guy like cobain supposed to work a huge *** gun like that if he was that messed up on heroin?

Don't know. . Don't Care. . . he is and was just another muscian. . .life goes on and the world didn't skip a beat. He helped produce some good music I agree and I have a couple of his albums but he was just a man like you and me. He married a complete ***** and did too many drugs. . . . he is not a hero. . . and chose his path in life. I think he was wacked in the head and just wanted to ensure his place in history. I think he felt he could never duplicate the commercial and artistic success of his earlier work so he ended it. He also probably couldn't think of any other way to escape his ultra skank wife Courtney Love. His suicide or murder has etched him a permanent place in history. It is kind of like Janis Joplin. . .she was a complete skank and really couldn't sing a lick.. . . however. . . by dying young from drugs. . . the industry immortalized her!! James Dean is another example. . . OVER RATED and mostly Hype. . . but his early death. . . etched him in history!!!

cobain wasnt murdered, he was a ***** who couldnt take becomein "known" so he took his life, and doin so is beyond pathetic

i dont think he was murdered. courtney love's interview in the 1000th issue of rolling stone said that he would lock himself in the bathroom for hours at a time, and threaten to kill himself. plus he did alot of drugs there at the end, which he probably could have very easily killed himself. idk though. good question.
