i loved that pie soooo much and now that i live in france, i can't buy some anymore so i'd love it if someone could kindly give me their recipe or one that looks a lot like it please!!! thanks in advance! ( :

I am sorry that I could not find Coco's pie, but here is another that looked just as delicious!
Harvest Moon Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
2 1/2 cup Pumpkin baked fresh or canned 1 teaspoon Ginger ground
3/4 cup Brown sugar firmly packed 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg ground
1/3 cup Whipping cream 1/4 teaspoon Allspice ground
3 Egg 1 Pastry shell 9" deep dish, unbaked
1 teaspoon Cinnamon ground
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Puree baked squash (if fresh) until very smooth.
Add sugar, cream, eggs and spices then blend well.
Pour filling into unbaked shell.
Bake until filling is set (50-60 min.)
Let cool at least 30 min.
