No. My friend and I had very similar pregnancy's. We carried the baby's the same, and I had a girl an she had a boy. There's the myth about the hearbeat. A fast heartbeat is supposdely a girl, and a slower one is a boy. That myth held true for the two of us. My daughter's heartbeat was always around 160, and her son's heartbeat was always around 145.

No specific signs or symptoms but you can do the fun little tests and see what they say. There is the drain-o in the urine test, the needle on a string over your belly or palm, the chinese lunar calendar and there is a quiz you can take, too. They're not 100%, but they're fun. Do a search for gender predictions and you'll get all kinds of ideas. Good luck!

When a womens bump is 'all up front' ( ie,if you view her from behind & you can't tell she's pregnant) then its a boy. As opposed to a womans bump being more spread out around the waist (ie,when the waist is thickened) then its a girl.
I must admit that this 'old wives tale' seems to have some truth behind it,as i have successfully predicted all of my friends babies sex using this guide!
Apparently a woman suffers more with morning sickness when carrying a girl (something to do with female hormones clashing with the mothers is the theory behind this) but i suffered much worse with my 2 boys than i did with my daughter,as did my own mother.
Its fun to try & guess but personally i found out with each of mine at my scans....too impatient!

nobody can tell what sex your having unless you have your 5 month scan.I've had 2 girls the 1st one i just knew i was having girl people said your weights all round you(meaning its a girl)then found out i was right the second 1(which is 3 months now)i was adamant it was a boy everyone was saying things like your tummies all front and was shocked when it came out a girl.

nope! but when you take X-rays at 5th month you will almost be able to see weather it has a penis or vagina. BUt if you look to early you will see the same thing weather its a girl or boy. When a baby its in the womb it develops gonads. They can either transform into balls of ovaries.
Learned that in 7th grade sex ed!

no i dont think so!....when i was carrying my first which was 13 years ago now i was so sure i was having a girl, then when i gave birth it was a boy...i was so shocked , i then went on to have another 2 boys and each pregnancy was so different to the otheres!

Both of my sisters have had two girls each and were both convinced they were having boys in their second pregnancies because they were so different from the first, every pregnancy is different

not really some people say if your bump is more at the front it is a girl but just go with your insict
