Can you mix rough salt with olive oil for cooking as an exfoliator?

Yes, you can make a salt scrub using the same olive oil that you cook with. I also add coconut oil and essential oils to enhance therapeutic effects.

the olive oil that is used for cooking is the same that you use for your skin or for massaging

dont listen to that foolish person. Right, i use olive oil as a moisteriser, and i cook with it. the stuff i use on my face is really light(as in texture); the stuff used in my cooking is of a thicker consistency.

Yes to both questions,,,I prefer almond oil because it smells better.

but they put it in the cream so it become less greasy and small good
