i am in the same situation right now , but i think i should start it right now so once i get going i just keep myself focused (sometimes its hard to do ). just go sit in a place away from distractions ok this may sound weird but i sometimes go in the bathroom or closet to get my homework done , but this helps b/c these places are distraction free . if these places don't work for you then try to find other places to do your work . remember that once you get going , you have to concentrate. i better get off the computer because i have to get started on my work too. hope this helps .

Wrong, wrong, wrong . . . do the hardest assignment first.
Listen, think of it this way: the day after it's all due, you'll be looking back thinking, "gosh, I almost didn't get it done. Why didn't I do it right away and spare myself the discomfort and guilt of putting it off?"
I love learning and doing well in classes, but I had a real challenge completing h'wrk promptly. Thing is, I knew I could do it, why did I love to put it off? I still don't know that answer, but I HAVE learned the tricks to getting to it.
You have to be your own master and slave! You do, after all, have control of your mind and body. If you tackle the hardest first, you'll be completely stoked when you get that hurdle behind you. After that, the next hardest one is EASIER, and the one after that as well. Just select a little reward, treat, to enjoy after each accomplishment (this is only a fun little perk, as the true reward is how you FEEL when you're done; you may rightly call yourself 'Brainiac'!).
Never throw in the towel. All this stinkin' work is an investment in yourself, and you're SO worth it. Later in life you'll feel the benifit of these steps now, you'll have a secure foundation of habits upon which to built your successes.
You go, girl.

You sound just like my son. What I tell him to do is make a list of each assignment. Start with the easiest to complete items first. As soon as you are done with an item, cross it off the list. This gives you a visual of your progress. You can take small breaks in between if you need to, but just try to stay focused. You'll feel so much better once you have it done. Hang in there. :)

The only way I get trough it is to look to the future. I know if I get good grades now- it will pay off in the end. I'm in college and I really don't want to do my homework-I have to study at least 3 or 4 hours EVERY day- but when I have my degree and I'm not saying "Welcome to McDonalds may I take your order?" and I'm making good money and will finally have INSURANCE (I know you are not thinking about insurance now- you should) then that motivates me to do my homework

Break it up into smaller projects and just focus on getting one done at a time.
