Since 9/11, the United States has frequently outsourced torture to countries such as Egypt, Jordan and Syria, that are known to use brutal methods.
This procedure is called "extraordinary rendition." It is expressly forbidden by the U.N. Convention against Torture (Part I, A. 3.1), which the U.S. has signed and ratified. It also violates section 2242 of the 1998 Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act.

Hell yes we do. Congress just gave the chief torturer himself, George Bush free reign to torture whomever he pleases, and this includes American citizens if he chooses.. This is a dark moment in the history of this country. When you lower yourself to the level of your enemy, your taking giants leaps backwards. It's really quite sad. Violence begets violence.

Does America torture?
Hell yes look at the debt we have passed to our future generation to fight this immoral war in Iraq so Bush and his sycophants could enrich them selves...and the republicans as stupid as they are...wave our flag at it...it makes me mad as hell.

I am sick and tired of America out sourcing jobs that good, hard working Americans should be doing themselves. These are American jobs down the drain.
